Northwest Crossing Condominiums/BungalowsNorthWest Crossing is Bend, Oregon’s most successful new neighborhood; a traditionally designed neighborhood that has received national attention for its planning, sustainability and quality of life.  486 total acres which is comprised of more than just houses; including, 26.4 acres of neighborhood parks, 6.8 acres of open space, 63 acres of schools and 36 acres of mixed use and commercial business.

Like many developments across the United States, NorthWest Crossing employs the design principles of older neighborhoods.  This includes a grid of interconnected streets and walking paths, a mix of architectural design, shops, restaurants, parks, schools and homes. NorthWest Crossing was intended to be a whole community neighborhood, yet also not isolated, located less than 2 miles West of downtown Bend affording excellent access to both city businesses and the natural landscape of the Deschutes National Forest.

The Bungalows at NorthWest Crossing will be comprised of 24 custom designed condominiums with a mix of both detached and attached units; modest residential homes fit for everyone from full time residents to second homes catering to both vacationers and executives.  Similar to the Cottages at NorthWest Crossing (along Mt Washington Dr) but affording a more appealing location internal to the neighborhood and adjacent to Lewis & Clark Park.

The Bungalows at NorthWest Crossing will feature 24 condominiums, including eighteen 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units ranging from 1070sf to 1300sf and six 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom units from 460sf to 629sf.

We expect to break ground on the project this spring following full development approval from the City of Bend and NorthWest Crossing.  At this time we have not established pricing but do have draft floor plans, renderings and elevation drawings.  Please contact Jason Boone with any questions and if you would like to be added to the list of interested buyers whom will receive project updates first.
